Following an extensive renovation of an 1880's era downtown, commercial building Doc Chey's Noodle House seats approximately 75 patrons at tables and at the bar. The kitchen, serving Pan Asian food, is open to the dining area. The front façade is an operable wall system, creating the ambiance of outdoor eating. Apartments are being developed on the upper two floors.
