Built in 1940, the Pearlman's Furniture Building is a three-story Art Moderne commercial building with a dynamic façade of yellow brick, glass block, metal sash, circular black glass and stainless steel panels. In keeping with the architectural style of the building, the perimeter of new office suites for Kimmel & Associates is separated from the lobby with aluminum storefront and decorative glass, providing daylight to the interior. Period furniture in the common spaces complements the new interiors.
