Chorizo Restaurant is the third Asheville restaurant by the famed chef, Hector Diaz. A native of Puerto Rico, Hector offers Latin fare and specialty drinks from Spain to Argentina along with his passion for food to bring people together. A supporter of the local community, he uses local farms whenever possible and the freshest of ingredients. Chorizo is one of three Glazer Architecture-designed restaurants located in the historic Grove Arcade building. An operable wall system provides for outdoor dining.
