Modesto is a creative Italian restaurant by the famed Asheville chef Hector Diaz. Located in the historic Grove Arcade, the trattoria specializes in brick wood-fired oven pizza as well as salads, soups and desserts made of local produce and fresh ingredients. We collaborated with local woodworkers and craftspeople to create the look of the restaurant.
