Built in the 1920's, this 21,000 square foot, three-story building had been unoccupied for years and taken over by pigeons. After extensive renovations, the main floor houses two antique shops, the middle an antique mall and the upper floor has two upscale residential units featuring exposed ductwork, contemporary kitchens and baths and loft-like living spaces with skylit interior spaces. This historic tax rehab project received a Griffin Award for Excellence in Preservation.
