The Tingle Alley Apartments occupy the upper two floors of a three-story 1920's masonry building. The lower floor houses retail shops. All six apartments are two-story units and range from 1,000 to 1,800 square feet. Some apartments have outdoor patio space. Code issues addressed include exiting, tenant separation and occupancy separation in the Asheville downtown fire district.
