ARCHIVE ANTIQUES – Asheville, NC

Built in 1918, the Sample Furniture Company Building in the Asheville downtown historic district was renovated into retail on the main floor and condominiums on the upper two floors. The two-story upscale residential units feature exposed brick walls, ductwork, skylights, contemporary kitchens and baths and loft-like living spaces. Exterior porches afford views of the city skyline and mountains. This historic tax rehab project received a Griffin Award for Excellence in Preservation.
