SWEET PEAS HOSTEL

The 1916 TS Morrison building in downtown Asheville now houses the Sweet Peas Hostel, the Lexington Avenue Brewery and upper floor residential condos. The hostel provides a clean, contemporary environment within the original historic structure. Brick walls were left exposed, wood floors were refurbished and new building systems were installed throughout. The hostel offers a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge space with views of downtown, laundry, shower and bathroom facilities, and wi-fi throughout. Sleeping accommodations for 47 guests are offered as bunks, individual pods or private rooms. Each pod , custom-designed by Glazer Architecture, has built-in shelving, a locker, acoustic curtain for privacy, individual reading light, and an outlet for electronic devices.
